Our Sesame Street show runs as the planetarium's Children's Matinee. One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure introduces your young children to the wonders of stargazing with Big Bird and Elmo as their guide. They will join Elmo and his friend from China, Hu Hu Zhu, on an imaginary trip to the Moon and learn how it differs from our home, the Earth. Intended for all ages - younger children welcome! Approximate show length is 30 minutes. Our Planetarium has forty-two large, theater-style seats and the latest in digital technology with over 110,000 stars, offering an immersive portal to our universe.
