Louisiana Tax Incentives

As of July 1, 2009 the lobbying efforts were successful in increasing production tax credits for the State of Louisiana.

Summary:

• 30% Transferable Tax Credit


• Additional 5% for In-State Labor


• 85% State Buyback of the Face Value of the Credits.


• Minimum $300,000 In-State Spend


• Effective July 1, 2009


• No Sunset Dates on the Program
