Mexican - Every Meal A Fiesta

The Spanish ruled Louisiana for four decades, and their influence can be felt throughout the area - in our foods, such as jambalaya, and our architecture, such as the Cabildo Museum and New Olreans' famous ironwork. So, it's only natural we pay tribute with at least a few Mexican restaurants creeping into the decidedly Cajun/Seafood/American fare most known in the area.
