San Francisco Plantation Presents 2016 Spring Frisco Fest
GARYVILLE, La. (February 25th, 2016) -New Orleans Plantation Country Attraction, San Francisco Plantation will hold its annual Spring Frisco Fest March 5-6, 2016. The family friendly festival will feature over 100 crafters, artist, and chefs. A petting zoo, pony rides, bungee, trampoline, and food trucks are just a few vendors scheduled for the event.
The Spring Frisco Fest kicks off with a bike ride along the river road on Saturday, March 5th. Festival goers can also enjoy the ever popular car show, featuring dozens of prized and antique cars, on the first day of the festival. Geno Delafose and the French Rockin Boogie Concert will once again thrill the festival crowd on Sunday, March 6th. Both craft and food vendors will be selling throughout the festival . Tours of the plantation home, known as the “Most opulent Plantation of the South” will also be available.
Voted as Louisiana Tourism Promotion Association’s 2015 Attraction of the Year, San Francisco Plantation is known as the "Most Opulent Plantation of the South. This year will mark the 13th year the populuar attracion has held its Spring festival. San Francisco Plantation also hosts a Fall Festival the second weekend of October.
